These terms keep Flixs a positive, safe, human-made community. By using the app you agree to them — here's what that means.

01 Acceptance

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Flixs. By creating an account or using the Flixs app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

09 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

Intimate imagery published without the consent of the person depicted — including AI-generated "deepfake" depictions — is prohibited on Flixs.

If you are depicted in such content, you (or someone authorized to act on your behalf) can request removal:

As required by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery — and any identical copies of it — within 48 hours of a valid removal request.

10 Child Safety

Sexual content involving minors is prohibited. It is removed immediately upon discovery, preserved as required by law, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

12 App Store Terms

If you downloaded Flixs from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to your use of the app. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Flixs, and are not responsible for the app or its content. Where you use an Apple device, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Flixs is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on Flixs is created by users; users are solely responsible for their content, and we do not endorse it or guarantee its accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flixs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify Flixs against claims arising from content you post or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the state where you reside. Before filing any claim, please contact legal@flixs.app — most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Flixs about the service; our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Flixs evolves or the law changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll give you notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use Flixs after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
